Project Background
After receiving the customer's drawings and requirements, the design teams analyzed the project and decided to produce it with SLA 3D printing. The design was analyzed one by one, the interrelationships of the parts were solved and the production, painting and assembly requirements were determined. Then the production phase began.
Production
The designs of the individual parts for making bicycles with SLA 3D printing were transferred to the program. The parts coming out of the printer were sanded and smoothed. A coat of paint was quickly applied to each part for the 3D printed bicycle model. After the first coat of paint, a precise and detailed polishing was done. Finally, one more coat of paint was applied and the final form was reached. When the 3D bicycle production was completed, it was assembled and delivered to the customer.
