Project Background
Blizzard surprises everyone with a helmet design that includes a chip that allows GPS tracking and houses a high-speed camera. However, the most unique aspect of the Blizzard is the drone support. A recording drone is stored inside the helmet and can take off and land at any time.
After reviewing the project, it is decided to use 3D printing and the production is planned piece by piece and the helmet is modeled with 3D printing.
Production
During the 3D helmet construction phase, the printer is expected to print the model. Then, when the printing is completed, the model is cleaned and sanded. After painting and polishing, it reaches its full form.
